Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.


Any cancellation or rescheduling within less then 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to an automatic cancellation fee of 60% of the total of the scheduled service.


We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented these policies since the opening of the spa to ensure you receive the best service possible.


When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require to hold a credit card to guarantee your reservation so please have your card ready when booking

We understand emergencies happen and life comes up. If you need to cancel we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.Thank you for your continued support!
